AI in the company: where to start to really use it.
A first useful application is worth more than ten tools activated without a goal. Here's how to choose where to start.

Requests come from multiple channels, information is scattered and some activities are repeated every day. In this scenario, artificial intelligence can be a concrete help. Before choosing a tool, however, it is best to identify a specific job to improve. “We want to use AI” is an intention; "we want to prepare a draft of the responses to commercial requests more quickly" is a starting point that can be worked on.
Choose a small, recognizable business
Think of a step you know well: sorting notes, preparing the structure of a presentation, categorizing requests, or turning approved information into a first draft of content. Describe how it is done today, who is responsible for it and what result it should produce. If the process is confusing even for people, adding a tool won't automatically make it clearer.
An example: from the notes of a meeting you want to obtain a list of activities with managers and deadlines. The useful result is not an elegant summary, but a document verifiable by those who participated. Missing names and dates must remain to be confirmed, without being invented.
Define what goes in and who controls what goes out
The quality of the response also depends on the context provided: objective, recipient, available information and desired format. A shared request template helps the team work more seamlessly. It is equally useful to establish who reviews the result before it is used or sent.
Generative systems can produce inaccurate information even with a convincing tone. A check on facts, numbers and references remains necessary. For a first test, use examples without confidential information; before involving real company data, evaluate with those who manage the systems which tools, accesses and conditions are suitable.
Measure the complete work, including corrections
Compare some similar cases done with the usual method and with the new one. Note the time it takes, the errors that need to be corrected, and how easily a colleague can repeat the process. If the draft arrives quickly but requires a lengthy review, the benefit may be less than expected.
I would start with a short trial period, with agreed upon examples and criteria. Only then would I evaluate connections with the management system, the site or other tools. Automation and human approval can coexist: not everything has to start alone.
From the test to a work habit
When a test works, you need understandable instructions, a contact person and a moment of verification. I help you identify the right activity, set up the flow and train those who will use it. The goal is to achieve an improvement that remains useful even after the initial enthusiasm. If you tell me a passage that wastes your time, we can start from that.
