Social management: what to post when you don't know what to say anymore.

A sustainable editorial plan starts from customer questions, daily work and a clear objective.

A social page often starts with enthusiasm: photos, presentations, some promotions. Then the work increases and publishing becomes an activity to be recovered in spare time. To give continuity to communication you don't need to chase every new thing. You need a simple system to choose what to tell, collect the materials and understand if that content really helps your business.

Before the calendar, choose the result

Do you want to raise awareness of a service, receive requests, promote a product or explain how you work? They are different objectives. A restaurant that wants to present the new menu will have different needs than a company looking for commercial contacts. The channel must also be chosen based on the people you want to reach and the resources you can dedicate to it.

The number of followers can be useful information, but it alone does not tell whether you are talking to the right audience. For a small business, one relevant inquiry can be more valuable than many reactions you get from people who won't become customers.

Create three or four recognizable strands

I would start with frequently asked questions: what do people ask before purchasing? What doubts slow down a decision? This is where explanatory content comes from. A second strand can show the work: preparation, materials, steps and people. A third presents services and products; a quarter collects projects or testimonials that you have permission to publish.

For example, a workshop can alternate the explanation of a process, the detail of a material, the answer to a question and the story of a finished product. There is no need to transform every piece of content into a promotion: helping people understand is already a way to present their expertise.

Organize the collection of materials

An editorial plan remains on paper if no one knows who should prepare photographs and information. Define a contact person, a shared folder, and a time to collect what happened. Sustainable attendance for months is better than a full week followed by a long silence.

A theme can become a photo with an explanation, a short video or a sequence of images. The format should be chosen because it makes the content understandable, not just because it is used by others. Keep your tone, graphics and contact information recognizable.

Read the results and prepare the next step

At agreed intervals, look at which content has generated useful conversations, visits or requests, using the data actually available. Also compare the questions received in store or via email. Don't automatically attribute a sale to a post just because it was published around the same time.

Social management includes planning, texts, images and coordination: it must also be clarified who responds to messages and at what times. I can help you build a plan that reflects your business and that you can move forward with. Let's start with what customers ask you every day.
